At Giant Sydney, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cycling gear. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and small parts are included to maintain eligibility for a full refund.

  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix your return shipping label and drop the package at any Australia Post outlet, or simply bring the items directly to our retail location for immediate processing.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
